Field Training is a new strategy we introduced in late 2017 as tribal students who got trained in the center, went back into their villages and trained a group of 8 to 25 people aiming to train drop outs and hosuewives. Sometimes school students also throng around hungry to learn more. Computer and Tailoring are taught through Field Training Centers. This has been done now in 10 villages – Arnatkad, Jambugandy, Sholayur, Varagambadi, Thekkalore, Vadakkalore, Konjiyur, Uthukuli, Pudhur, Mattathukadu, Uriyanchalai.
